Job Description

As a Waitress at MD Hotel by Gewan, you will ensure our guests have a delightful and seamless dining experience. You will play a vital role in upholding our hospitality standards and showcasing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly or escalate them as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations.
• Prepare for daily operations, including setting tables and checking inventory.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
