Role Overview
Deliver warm, professional service across the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, explain specials, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests efficiently.
- Maintain table setup, side stations, and outlet cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Process bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Waiter in a hotel or quality restaurant.
- Good guest service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
