Role Overview
Deliver warm, professional service across our restaurants and lounges—guiding guests through menus, coordinating with kitchen/bar, and ensuring every meal is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, explain specials, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food & beverages promptly; anticipate needs and manage requests.
- Upsell pairings/promotions to enhance experience and revenue.
- Maintain table setups, side stations, and opening/closing checklists.
- Process bills and payments accurately via POS; follow cash-handling SOPs.
- Uphold hygiene/safety standards (HACCP) and impeccable grooming.
- Coordinate with Hosts, Captains, Culinary, and Bar for smooth service; support events/banquets as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ F&B service experience in a 4/5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong guest-interaction skills and professional appearance.
- Good command of English; other languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable with POS systems and high-volume service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
