Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and precise delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to presentation and service standards.
- Promptly address guest inquiries and special requests with care and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Upsell menu items and highlight promotions to elevate the guest experience.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards to uphold a safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a restaurant, café, or similar guest-facing environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
