Job Description

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your role will involve providing professional, friendly, and attentive service while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and taking orders efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness to guest preferences.
• Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained throughout service.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest inquiries.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
