Job Description

As the Sales Manager – Corporate & Marine, you will drive hotel revenue by targeting corporate and marine-related business opportunities, particularly those related to Fujairah Port and associated maritime services. You will proactively identify and develop relationships with corporate clients and shipping companies, ensuring steady business growth and hotel occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate and marine sectors, especially shipping companies utilizing Fujairah Port.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders in the maritime sector.
• Negotiate and secure contracts, group bookings, and long-term business arrangements.
• Regularly visit Fujairah Port, local corporate clients, and other marine businesses to maintain visibility and partnership.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on sales activities.
• Work closely with hotel management and operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to corporate and marine clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in hospitality, with exposure to corporate and marine/shipping sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of the maritime sector, especially related to Fujairah Port operations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Flexibility to travel locally and regionally as required.
