Role Overview

Assist the Cluster Director of Revenue in maximizing total hotel revenue and profit. You’ll manage pricing, inventory, and distribution across channels, produce accurate forecasts, and drive RevPAR index growth for assigned property/properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily pricing, restrictions, and inventory controls; maintain parity across direct, GDS, and OTAs.
  • Build 365-day demand calendars; deliver rolling forecasts (rooms/segments) and weekly pace analyses.
  • Run pick-up/pace, wash, and displacement reports; recommend tactical offers and length-of-stay strategies.
  • Manage channel mix and meta/OTA merchandising; brief Reservations on upsell and overbooking strategy.
  • Support budgeting, month-end reviews, and performance decks; track RGI/ARI/MPI.
  • Maintain rate architecture, market codes, and corporate/LNR loading audits.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing on need-period promotions and with Front Office on upgrade programmes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in hotel revenue management or analytics (upscale/luxury preferred).
  • Hands-on with RMS (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto), Opera PMS/ORS, channel manager, and OTA extranets.
  • Strong Excel/BI skills; confident with forecasting, segmentation, and index analysis.
  • Clear communicator, commercially minded, detail-driven.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
