Role Overview

Handle inbound bookings and enquiries across phone, email, website, OTAs, and GDS—converting leads, upselling smartly, and ensuring clean, accurate reservations in the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer enquiries promptly with brand-standard scripting; convert and upsell rooms/add-ons.
  • Create, amend, and cancel bookings in PMS/CRS; ensure accurate rates, market/corp codes, and billing details.
  • Manage emails, OTA messages, and special requests; coordinate with Front Office/Housekeeping/F&B.
  • Verify rate loading/promotions; maintain parity and blackout dates.
  • Prepare daily reports (pickup, arrivals, VIPs, no-shows/cancels) and clear shift handovers.
  • Support groups: blocks, rooming lists, and cut-off follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ hotel reservations or front office experience (upscale/luxury preferred).
  • Proficiency with Opera PMS/ORS (or similar), channel manager, and OTA extranets.
  • Strong sales/conversion mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
  • Solid MS Office skills; organised, calm under pressure; shift-flexible.
