Role Overview
Be the first smile our guests see—handle check-ins/outs, reservations and enquiries with accuracy and warmth, coordinate across departments, and ensure a seamless stay from arrival to farewell.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests; complete check-in/checkout, room assignments, and payments.
- Provide clear information on facilities, beach/activities, and local attractions; upsell rooms and services where relevant.
- Manage guest requests and service recovery promptly; liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and billing instructions in Opera PMS.
- Balance cash, post charges, and prepare neat shift handovers; follow data-privacy and cash SOPs.
- Maintain polished lobby presence and Royal M grooming standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ Front Office/Reception experience in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Russian or German language skills preferred (either language).
- Proficiency with Opera PMS and MS Office; strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, calm problem-solver, strong multitasker.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
