Our signature restaurant needs a forward-thinking Outlet Manager who can run the floor, drive revenue, and deliver the kind of service that turns first-time diners into loyal fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the Show – Oversee day-to-day service, reservations, table allocations, and guest flow for smooth, on-time operations.
- Hit the Numbers – Forecast covers, manage labour and cost of sales, and achieve revenue and GOP targets.
- Lead the Team – Recruit, schedule, train, and coach servers, bartenders, and hosts; conduct daily briefings and upselling refreshers.
- Elevate the Experience – Monitor guest feedback and online reviews; resolve issues on the spot and action improvement plans.
- Ensure Compliance – Uphold HACCP, hygiene, cash-handling, and grooming standards; coordinate with Stewarding and Engineering for upkeep.
- Promote & Partner – Work with Marketing on themed nights, influencer events, and social-media-worthy activations to drive covers and spend.
Requirements
- 2 + years’ leadership experience as Restaurant or Outlet Manager in an upscale/luxury hotel or standalone venue.
- Proven success hitting financial KPIs and boosting guest-satisfaction scores.
- Hands-on knowledge of POS/reservation systems and basic inventory/labour cost controls.
- Inspiring leadership style, strong problem-solving skills, and keen eye for detail.
- Excellent command of English.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
