Role Overview
Overnight guardian of guest service and revenue integrity—handle late check-ins/outs, resolve issues, and complete the daily audit to produce accurate end-of-day reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Process late arrivals/departures, room moves, and payment postings with accuracy.
- Perform the night audit: reconcile charges, balance revenue, close day, and generate PMS/finance reports.
- Verify rates, market codes, no-shows, and adjustments; investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare next-day documents (arrival lists, traces, handover notes) and ensure float/cash is balanced.
- Handle guest requests and emergencies, coordinating with Security/Engineering per SOPs.
- Maintain data accuracy in Opera PMS; uphold brand standards, grooming, and lobby presence.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ Front Office / Night Audit experience in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and strong Excel skills (basic pivots/lookups).
- High attention to detail, numbers accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Excellent command of English; calm problem-solver under pressure.
- Flexibility for overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
