Role Overview
Be the first smile our guests see—welcome and assist arrivals, manage lobby flow and seating, handle quick requests, and coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Security to ensure a polished, seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests at the lobby entrance; offer seating and refreshments when applicable.
- Proactively manage queue/flow at reception; identify VIPs and alert Front Office/Concierge.
- Provide quick information on hotel facilities, directions, and local attractions; arrange taxis when needed.
- Coordinate with Bell/Valet for luggage and transport; support escort to elevators/venues for events.
- Maintain the lobby’s presentation—tidy collateral, clean surfaces, and ready amenities.
- Record guest feedback and service recovery actions; hand over clear notes each shift.
Requirements
- Previous guest-facing experience in a 4/5-star hotel (Front Office/Guest Relations/Concierge preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident communication, and professional grooming.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written); other languages are a plus.
- Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused during peaks; strong teamwork.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
