Role Overview

Process guest garments, colleague uniforms, and hotel linens to five-star cleanliness and presentation standards while following safety and hygiene procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort soiled items by fabric/colour/soil level; check and record damages or missing pieces.
• Operate washers, dryers, flatwork ironers, steam presses, and form finishers using correct cycles and chemicals.
• Pre-treat stains; press, fold, and package to brand standards; maintain par levels for rooms, restaurants, and spa.
• Handle guest laundry/pressing with accurate tagging, billing, and on-time delivery.
• Clean machines and work areas; follow PPE, chemical safety (SDS), and lock-out procedures.
• Record production and machine issues; report maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• 1+ year hotel or commercial laundry experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of fabric care, stain treatment, and laundry equipment.
• Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and lift laundry loads safely.
• Basic English for labels, logs, and communication.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
