Position Summary:
The HR Executive will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources function by managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive work environment. This role is integral to delivering excellence in HR services to support our team of Ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with company standards and local labor laws.
- Monitor attendance and leave management, including generating reports for payroll processing.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including tracking training needs and schedules.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
