Role Summary
The HR Executive supports day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS/admin, payroll inputs, colleague relations, and compliance with UAE labour law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews, prepare offers, and coordinate onboarding/orientation.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS data (contracts, leaves, warnings, evaluations).
- Compile monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, deductions) and liaise with Finance by cut-off.
- Handle government processes: visas, medicals, Emirates ID, renewals/cancellations.
- Issue HR letters (salary/experience), badges/uniform requests, and manage benefits enrollments.
- Support investigations, disciplinary/grievance processes, and ensure due process and documentation.
- Track mandatory training and update training matrices; coordinate sessions with L&D/vendors.
- Assist with engagement and recognition events; support CSR and welfare initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, probation status) and support internal/external audits.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ HR admin/officer experience in a 4/5-star hotel in the UAE.
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa/immigration portals, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and MS Excel (lookups, pivots), Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent command of English.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR/Business or related field; CIPD/SHRM is a plus.
- Flexibility for operational needs (occasional evenings/weekends for events or audits).
