Job Description

As a Hostess – Russian Speaker, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and provide accurate information—all while communicating effortlessly in both Russian and English. Your cultural insight and language skills will ensure our Russian‑speaking guests feel especially at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth; converse fluently in Russian and English.
• Confirm reservations, manage the waiting list, and optimize the seating plan.
• Answer phone inquiries, take bookings, and provide restaurant details in Russian or English as required.
• Liaise continuously with servers and the kitchen to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Note guest preferences and relay special requests to the service team.
• Keep the hostess desk, entrance, and menu displays spotless and inviting.
• Assist with menu translations or explanations when needed.

Requirements

• Previous hostess/front‑desk experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining venue.
• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Polished appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with reservation or table‑management software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during peak service periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
