Role Overview

Be the first smile our guests see—welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waiting lists, and coordinate closely with service and culinary teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, confirm reservations, manage walk-ins, and escort to tables.
• Maintain the seating chart and waitlist to optimise table turns and guest flow.
• Answer phone/email enquiries; take reservations and provide outlet information.
• Liaise with Captains/Servers and the kitchen to pace seating and service.
• Record guest preferences and VIP notes to support personalised service.
• Keep the host desk, menus, and entrance area impeccably presented.
• Support opening/closing checklists and basic admin for the outlet.

Requirements

• Previous hostess/front-of-house experience in a 4/5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Polished communication and guest-engagement skills; confident, professional presence.
• Familiarity with reservation/table-management systems.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Impeccable grooming, calm under pressure, and strong teamwork.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
