Role Overview
Be the first smile our guests see—handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and enquiries with speed and accuracy, coordinate across departments, and ensure every stay is effortless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests; complete check-in/out, room assignments, and payments.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, transport, and local attractions; upsell rooms and services when appropriate.
- Respond to requests and resolve issues promptly; coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and billing instructions in Opera PMS.
- Balance cash, post charges, prepare clear shift handovers; follow data-privacy and cash-handling SOPs.
- Uphold Royal M grooming and service standards with a polished lobby presence.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ Front Office/Reception experience in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Opera PMS and MS Office; strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, calm problem-solver, and strong multitasker.
- Professional grooming; flexibility for rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
