Job Description
As a Guest Relations Officer – Russian Speaker, you will provide personalized assistance and exceptional hospitality, ensuring our Russian-speaking guests have a memorable and seamless stay. Your communication skills and cultural understanding will enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests, particularly Russian-speaking clientele, offering personalized attention and assistance.
- Provide detailed information on resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
- Proactively anticipate guest preferences and deliver customized experiences.
- Maintain guest records accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support front office operations and guest arrival/departure procedures as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar customer-facing roles in hospitality.
- Fluency in Russian and English is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and engaging personality.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
