Role Overview
Be the welcoming face for our Russian-speaking guests—curate personalized arrivals, anticipate preferences, coordinate special requests, and ensure a seamless stay from check-in to farewell.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests; handle personalized check-in/out and room/show-around.
- Anticipate needs; arrange amenities, celebrations, excursions, and dining with Concierge, F&B, Spa, and Housekeeping.
- Own service recovery—resolve issues promptly and document follow-up to exceed expectations.
- Monitor arrival lists; create/update guest profiles and preferences in PMS/CRM.
- Maintain a polished lobby presence, support queue management during peaks.
- Track guest feedback and online reviews; share insights and action plans to elevate satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Experience in Guest Relations/Front Office within a 4/5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken & written).
- Confident with Opera PMS/CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Impeccable grooming, strong emotional intelligence, and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent coordination across departments and strong follow-through.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
