As an F&B Outlets Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of food and beverage outlets, focusing on service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial success. Working closely with culinary and service teams, you’ll implement strategies that optimize service delivery, maintain high standards, and contribute to the outlet’s profitability. This role is key to fostering a positive team culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the guest dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of F&B outlets to deliver seamless and high-quality service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and improve guest satisfaction.
- Work with culinary and service teams to uphold quality in menu offerings and presentation.
- Monitor financial performance, using data to make decisions that enhance profitability.
- Lead regular team meetings to align on goals and create a cohesive, motivated work environment.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve guest experience and streamline operations.
- Plan and execute promotional events, marketing initiatives, and special activities to attract guests.
- Conduct regular training for F&B team to maintain service excellence.
- Address guest feedback, resolving concerns promptly to improve service standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement to optimize resource use and control costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on effective promotions to boost F&B revenue.
- Ensure clear communication within the F&B team and across hotel departments.
- Contribute to policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in F&B management, preferably in high-end or luxury settings.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
