Job Description

As an F&B Manager, you will oversee the Food & Beverage department to deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure the highest standards of service. You will manage the operations, team performance, and financial objectives of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and room service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and F&B revenue.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and control costs, budgets, and inventory levels to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotional concepts.
• Address guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues.
• Prepare and analyze F&B reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, budgets, and cost control.
• Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
