Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef with extensive experience in all-inclusive resort operations to lead the culinary heart of our resort. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a culinary leader to create elevated dining experiences that redefine luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead all culinary operations across the resort’s multi-outlet F&B venues, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Menu Innovation: Develop dynamic, diverse, and trend-setting menus that appeal to international tastes, including both buffet and à la carte concepts.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize kitchen processes and workflows to achieve superior efficiency without compromising guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Delight: Continuously adapt offerings based on guest preferences and feedback to exceed expectations and create memorable dining experiences.
  • Cost Control: Drive profitability through effective inventory management, portion control, and supplier negotiations while maintaining uncompromising quality.
  • Team Development: Inspire, train, and develop a diverse culinary team, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety across all kitchen operations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the F&B team to design immersive culinary events, themed dining experiences, and tailored offerings for special occasions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: A proven track record as an Executive Chef in luxury all-inclusive resorts or 5-star properties.
