Role Overview
Management presence on shift—own guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth cross-department operations. Provide seamless support to Russian-speaking guests, including on-the-spot translation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead lobby operations: VIP welcomes, queue control, proactive service recovery.
- Handle late arrivals/departures, room moves, and billing adjustments; issue accurate handovers.
- Coordinate incidents/emergencies with Security/Engineering; follow hotel SOPs.
- Support Night Audit when on overnight duty (postings, balances, reports).
- Ensure Opera PMS data accuracy (profiles, routing, payments).
- Communicate in Russian & English with guests; brief teams on relevant cultural preferences.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ Front Office/Night Audit/Duty Management in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Strong decision-making under pressure; polished guest-relations skills.
- Proficiency with Opera PMS and cash/control procedures.
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Professional grooming; flexibility for rotating/overnight shifts, weekends, public holidays.
