Job Description

As a Commis II – Cold Kitchen, you will provide support to the culinary team in preparing and presenting cold dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow within the kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing basic cold kitchen items such as salads, dressings, and starters under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Support senior chefs and the culinary team during service.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies while ensuring proper stock rotation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of cold kitchen preparation and food handling.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
