Job Description
As a Commis I – Hot Kitchen, you will support the culinary team in preparing and presenting high-quality hot dishes, ensuring consistency, flavor, and adherence to the hotel’s standards. You will play an essential role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations while upholding safety and hygiene protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook hot dishes, including mains, soups, and sauces, as per established recipes and standards.
- Assist senior chefs in ensuring timely and efficient food preparation during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hot kitchen workspace.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and support proper stock rotation.
