As a Reservations Supervisor, you will lead our reservations team to ensure smooth booking processes and outstanding customer service. In this role, you’ll oversee reservation agents, manage room inventory, and implement strategies to boost room occupancy and revenue. Your leadership and attention to detail will be vital in enhancing guest satisfaction and supporting the Reservations Manager in driving booking performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the reservations team, guiding agents and coordinators in daily tasks.
- Optimize room revenue by assisting in the implementation of reservation strategies.
- Oversee room inventory management across booking channels.
- Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes for individual and group reservations.
- Support the Reservations Manager with booking performance and revenue strategies.
- Use reservation management software to manage and report on bookings.
- Provide training and mentorship to reservation team members.
- Address inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues for guests and partners.
- Participate in reservation projects, reporting, and performance reviews.
