About the Hotel

Role Overview
Create an exceptional first and last impression: welcome guests at arrival, assist with luggage and transportation, and coordinate smooth lobby flow while upholding Royal M service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet arrivals, open doors, assist with luggage tagging, delivery, and room escort.
- Handle departures: collect luggage, arrange trolleys, and coordinate transport.
- Manage guest requests (taxis, directions, couriers, parcels); support valet/concierge as needed.
- Maintain lobby/porte-cochère cleanliness and trolley readiness; report any safety hazards.
- Record luggage in/out, storage tags, and time stamps; keep the logbook accurate.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Security for VIPs, groups, and events.
- Practice safe manual handling and follow grooming, etiquette, and brand standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Bellman/Doorman/Concierge runner in a 4/5-star hotel (preferred).
- Friendly, proactive guest service with polished communication.
- Physically fit; able to lift and move luggage safely.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions and transport options is advantageous.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
