Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves world‑class beverages while engaging guests with warm, professional hospitality. You will ensure every drink aligns with resort standards, keep the bar immaculate, and help drive revenue through creative mixology and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and serve classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other beverages.
• Engage guests, offer recommendations, and tailor drinks to individual preferences.
• Maintain mise‑en‑place, stock rotation, and par levels; submit requisitions as needed.
• Follow UAE regulations and resort policies for responsible alcohol service.
• Accurately handle cash, POS transactions, and daily bar reporting.
• Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
• Contribute ideas for new beverage menus and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or premium bar.
• Solid product knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and specialty coffee.
• Skilled in classic mixology techniques and creative presentation.
• Excellent communication and guest‑interaction skills; fluent English (additional languages an advantage).
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
