Role Overview

Craft and serve exceptional beverages while delivering warm, professional hospitality at our bars and lounges—driving guest satisfaction, bar hygiene, and revenue through product knowledge and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and specialty drinks to brand standards.
• Engage guests, recommend pairings, and tailor drinks to preferences; handle service recovery on the spot.
• Maintain bar mise-en-place, stock rotation, and requisitions; ensure glassware and equipment readiness.
• Operate POS accurately; handle payments, voids, and closures per cash-handling SOPs.
• Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and safety (HACCP), including garnish handling and ice/water standards.
• Support promotions, themed nights, and events in coordination with F&B leadership.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ bartending experience in a 4/5-star hotel or premium bar.
• Solid knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
• Confident guest interaction and upselling skills; professional grooming.
• Comfortable with POS systems and high-volume service.
• Excellent command of English; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
