Job Description

As a Bartender at Royal M Al Aqah Beach Resort, you will craft exceptional beverages and deliver memorable experiences to guests. With creativity, professionalism, and an eye for detail, you will ensure every drink served is of the highest quality, contributing to the resort’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure an exceptional experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance bar operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
