Role Overview (Internship)
Support the Front Office team in daily guest service operations while gaining practical exposure to reception, guest handling, reservations coordination, and hotel systems in a professional hospitality environment.
What You Will Learn

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office team with guest arrivals and departures.
- Support with check-in and check-out procedures under supervision.
- Help handle guest requests, calls, and basic enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest needs.
- Maintain lobby and reception area standards.
- Assist in updating guest records and preparing shift documentation where required.
- Learn and follow hotel grooming, service, and confidentiality standards.
- Support the team in ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
Requirements
- Hospitality student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in Front Office and guest service operations.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
