Role Overview

Support the on-property marketing plan—content creation, social media, digital campaigns, photo/video coordination, and on-site activations—ensuring brand standards and helping drive awareness, engagement, and direct bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create on-brand content (posts, captions, basic designs, short videos/Reels); manage social calendars and community replies.
• Assist with paid/organic campaigns (Meta/Google/email); update website/CMS basics and apply simple SEO best practices.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots; maintain the image/video asset library and ensure brand-guideline compliance.
• Produce in-house collaterals (menus, tent cards, flyers, digital screens) and support F&B/Rooms promotions and events.
• Work with PR/influencers: outreach, hosting itineraries, content deliverables, and post-visit reporting.
• Track results and compile monthly dashboards (web traffic, social stats, campaign KPIs, ROAS snapshots).
• Raise POs, track budgets, and liaise with agencies, printers, and photographers to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing/communications (hospitality or lifestyle brand preferred).
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, basic Google Analytics 4, email tools, and website CMS.
• Design literacy: Canva/Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop) and basic video editing.
• Strong copywriting, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel); portfolio/work samples are a plus.
• Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends for events; immediate joiners preferred.
