Role Overview

Deliver spotless guestrooms and public areas to five-star standards—enhancing guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction on every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guestrooms, bathrooms, balconies, and corridors to SOPs.
• Replenish linen, towels, amenities, and minibar items as required.
• Report maintenance issues, lost & found, and room status updates promptly.
• Follow cleaning schedules for public areas/back-of-house when assigned.
• Handle trolleys and equipment safely; keep pantries tidy and well stocked.
• Adhere to hygiene, chemical (SDS), and personal-safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a 4/5-star hotel (preferred).
• Eye for detail, time management, and guest-service mindset.
• Physically fit; comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing/walking.
• Good command of English for basic communication and reporting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
