About the Hotel

Role Overview
Handle inbound bookings and enquiries via phone, email, website, OTAs, and GDS—converting leads, upselling smartly, and ensuring clean, accurate reservations in the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer enquiries promptly with brand-standard scripting; convert and upsell rooms/add-ons.
- Create/amend/cancel reservations in Opera PMS/ORS with accurate rates, market/corp codes, and billing details.
- Manage emails, OTA messages, special requests, and VIP notes; coordinate with Front Office/Housekeeping/F&B.
- Verify rate loading and parity; observe blackout dates and promotions.
- Prepare daily pickup/arrivals/VIP/no-show reports and clear shift handovers.
- Support groups: blocks, rooming lists, cut-off follow-ups, and billing instructions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ hotel Reservations or Front Office experience (4/5-star preferred).
- Proficiency with Opera PMS/ORS, channel manager, and OTA extranets.
- Strong sales mindset, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
- Solid MS Office skills; organised, calm under pressure; shift-flexible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
