Role Overview
Provide warm, professional service in our restaurants and lounges—guiding guests through menus, coordinating with kitchen/bar, and ensuring every meal is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, explain specials, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly; anticipate needs and handle requests.
- Upsell pairings/promotions; maintain table setups and side stations.
- Process bills and payments accurately via POS; follow cash-handling SOPs.
- Uphold hygiene/safety standards (HACCP) and impeccable grooming.
- Coordinate with Hosts, Captains, Culinary, and Bar for smooth service; support events/banquets as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ F&B service experience in a 4/5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong guest-interaction skills and professional appearance.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with POS systems and high-volume service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
