Role Overview
Support the hotel’s marketing plan end-to-end: content creation, digital campaigns, PR/influencer coordination, on-property activations, and performance reporting—always aligned to revenue goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce on-brand content (copy, basic design, short videos); manage social calendars and community engagement.
- Execute paid/organic campaigns (Meta, Google, email); assist with website/CMS updates and basic SEO.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots; maintain the asset library and brand guideline compliance.
- Prepare monthly dashboards (web, social, ROAS, campaign KPIs) with actionable insights.
- Support F&B and Rooms promotions, events, and partnerships; create menus, flyers, and in-house collateral.
- Handle PR/influencer stays: outreach, itineraries, and post-campaign tracking.
- Raise POs, track budgets, and liaise with agencies and printers to hit deadlines.
Requirements
- 2+ years in marketing/communications (hospitality or lifestyle brand preferred).
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, email tools, and basic CMS.
- Design literacy: Canva/Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop) and basic video editing.
- Strong copywriting, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint); portfolio or work samples are a plus.
