Job Description

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will provide attentive, personalized service in our restaurants and lounges—welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring every meal is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and describe specials.
• Take accurate food & beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining‑room organization.
• Answer questions on menu items, allergies, and pairings.
• Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate when needed.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cash‑handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hotel service experience (1 year+ preferred).
• Strong communication and guest‑interaction skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
• Basic food‑safety knowledge; barista or beverage skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages welcomed.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
