Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent – Russian Speaker, you will handle check‑ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while communicating fluently in Russian and English. Your cultural insight and language skills will ensure our Russian‑speaking guests feel fully welcomed and supported throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, complete check‑in/out procedures, and process payments with accuracy.
  • Converse fluently in Russian and English to assist international guests.
  • Manage room reservations, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in both languages.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring total satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver personalized service.
  • Maintain updated guest profiles and uphold data privacy standards.
  • Follow cash‑handling, security, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous Front Office or Guest Service experience in a hotel environment.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera) preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
