Role Overview:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face and guiding hand for our guests from the moment they arrive. You will ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process, provide prompt and professional assistance, and anticipate guest needs to deliver exceptional service. Your role is central in crafting unforgettable guest experiences, reflecting the hotel’s elegance, personalized approach, and commitment to world-class hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a swift and seamless check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and ongoing promotions
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly, working closely with other departments to ensure solutions exceed expectations
- Manage reservations, handle payment transactions, and maintain accurate guest records
- Promote the hotel’s amenities and services, enhancing guests’ overall experience
- Uphold the hotel’s brand standards, contributing to the welcoming and elegant atmosphere from the lobby to every guest interaction
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Strong customer-service mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in common hotel software systems is an advantage
