General Technician
As a General Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing essential plant equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and safe operations. This role involves performing routine and urgent maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and upholding our high standards for safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance tasks on plant equipment.
- Respond to and repair equipment breakdowns, replacing parts as necessary.
- Operate machine shop tools to fabricate or replace machine components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualification
- Education: Associate Degree in Electronic/Electrical Technology or equivalent formal training.
- Experience: 1-2 years as a Technician, ideally with HVAC, welding, electrical repair, and equipment alignment experience.
- Skills: Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics; strong problem- solving abilities; mobility to access all areas of the plant.
